This was formerly known as Sidekick but has recently been rebranded and new and different functionality has been added. In this one, I focus only on the mobile functionality, which allows you to send tracked emails from within your phone, and receive a notification when they open the email. From there, you can either call them or email them. Please not, in order to call them, the contact has to have a phone number associated with it in the contact database. All activity you carry out here is also automatically recorded in contact activity record, so you always know who said what to whom.
