ArtCan artists were invited to re-discover the joy of drawing. Drawings are perhaps a more affordable, more accessible way of owning an original piece of art.

An opportunity for artists of all mediums to create works using a pencil (graphite or charcoal, including compressed charcoal) with no limitation of themes, bringing about new and fresh ideas and perspectives. It is a celebration of the pencil. A celebration of the drawing.

This exhibition showcasing 45 artists and 103 pieces is not about draughtsmanship, it seeks to find out about diverse thought perspectives coming to life using pencil, hence, 'The Power of Pencil'." CS.
