The Bloodstained Fossil - Mythic Orb pipeline for making unique items with specific corruptions has been an option since patch 3.16, but it's only really strong occasionally.

This league, it's STRONG, and the reason is an Aristocrat build that loves the relatively common unique The Poised Prism with the rare +1 arrows corruption on it. (It can also use +1 chain, but that's a budget alternative)
