2. A Moderator is Nominated & Chosen from the Floor.
3. Moderator Declares Rules for the Meeting & Announces the Town Clerk will Keep the Minutes
of the Meeting.
4. Approval of the Annual Meeting Agenda.
5. Approval of the 2025 Annual Meeting Minutes.
A. Approve the March 11, 2025 Annual Town Meeting minutes.
6. Recognize Elected Officials in Attendance.
7. 2027 Preliminary Tax Levy.
A. 2027 Preliminary Tax Levy Presentation
8. Announce Location, Date, & Time of Special Town Board Budget Meeting:
A. Monday, December 7, 2026, 7:00 p.m., Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road (Time, Date & Location Set During the December 1, 2025 Special Town Budget Meeting).
B. If there is bad weather as determined by the Town Board on the day of the meeting, the
Town Board shall set the meeting on Wednesday, December 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at
Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road.
9. Set Time & Location by Vote for the 2027 Annual Meeting, to be held at Heritage Hall,
4200 Otter Lake Road at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2027.
10. Other Business.
11. Adjourn Meeting.
