In this deeply calming ASMR guided hypnosis, I will gently show you what true safety in the body can feel like.
Many of us move through the world with a nervous system that is constantly scanning for danger. Even when we want to relax… the body may not quite believe it is safe yet. In this session, we slowly teach the body something new.
Through soft spoken hypnotic guidance, long intentional pauses, repeated soothing phrases, and somatic awareness, your nervous system is invited to settle into a deeper state of calm. At times my voice may become almost inaudible, allowing space for your own inner rhythm to emerge. These pauses are intentional and designed to help your mind drift while your body releases tension.
This experience is less about “trying” to relax… and more about allowing your system to remember what safety feels like from the inside out.
You may notice:
• your breathing slow and deepen
• muscles soften without effort
• your mind becoming quieter
• a gentle sense of being held in calm
