고귀로운 밥상 EP2 차돌 떡볶이 : 학창 시절 즐겨 먹던 즉석 떡볶이 거기에 어른의 맛을 곁들인

오늘의 레시피는 학창 시절 즐겨 먹던 떡볶이,
거기에 미국산 차돌박이를 가득 곁들인 “차돌 떡볶이”입니다.

🥩재료🥩
🍲차돌 떡볶이 재료
차돌박이 300g, 떡볶이 떡 200g, 오뎅 2장, 고추장 1T, 고운고춧가루 2T,
올리고당 2.5T, 굴소스 1.5T, 대파 2줄기, 곁들임 깻잎 5장, 계란 반숙
🦞멸치 육수 재료
물 550ml, 멸치 다시팩

👩‍🍳차돌 떡볶이 레시피👩‍🍳
00:28 대파와 깻잎, 양배추, 어묵을 먹기 좋게 썰어 준비하기
00:34 팬에 멸치육수를 넣고 고춧가루와 고추장을 풀어주기
00:46 육수가 끓기 시작하면 떡과 나머지 재료들을 넣어 간을 맞추고 자작하게 끓여주기
01:04 달군 팬에 차돌박이를 넣고 소금 후추로 간하여 적당히 볶은 후 접시에 담아두기
01:20 준비한 차돌박이를 올리고 슬라이스 한 깻잎과 파 그리고 계란을 곁들여 올려주기

As our hearts are filled with excitement from the warm gentle breeze,
I often recall the tteokbokki that I enjoyed with friends near school.

Today’s recipe is that tteokbokki from our childhood
“Beef brisket tteokbokki” with an abundance of U.S. beef brisket slices added.

🥩Ingredients🥩
🍲Ingredients for Beef brisket tteokbokk
300g beef brisket slices, 200g tteokbokki rice cakes, 2 slices of fish cake, 1T red pepper paste, 2T fine red pepper powder
2.5T oligosaccharide, 1.5T oyster sauce, 2 green onion stems, 5 perilla leaves, 1 half-boiled egg
🦞Ingredients for Anchovy broth
550ml water, anchovy pack

👩‍🍳Recipe for beef brisket tteokbokki👩‍🍳
00:28 Slice the green onions, perilla leaves, cabbage, and rice cakes into nice edible pieces.
00:34 Pour anchovy broth in a pan and add pepper powder and pepper paste.
00:46 Once the broth starts to boil, add the other ingredients, season to taste, then boil down.
01:04 Put the beef brisket slices on a heated pan, season with salt and pepper, cook well, then place on a separate plate.
01:20 Add the cooked brisket point, and top it off with sliced perilla leaves, green onions, and an egg.
