WRITTEN RECIPE FOR SCALLOPED CORN
Grease a casserole dish … set aside
In a mixing bowl combine the following:
1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
2 cans Creamed Corn (13.5 ounces each)
2 eggs
1 creamed corn can of milk (13.5 ounces or 1-1/4 cups milk)
*1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Stir all together and pour into casserole dish
And bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour depending on the size of your casserole dish
The Scalloped Corn should be slightly brown and dry on top. Remove from oven and serve.
