ingredients: can make 2 (one 1L square box and 500ml round box)
3 tsp instant coffee
250 ml hot water
375 g whipping cream cold
40 g sugar (can add more)
300 g mascarpone cheese
lady finger biscuits
unsweetened cocoa powder
