Morara Kebaso is a young Kenyan lawyer, activist and social media-driven political figure who rose to national prominence during the mid-2024 Gen Z protests and for his “Vampire Diaries” exposés of stalled government projects, later founding the Injection of National Justice, Economic and Civic Transformation (INJECT) Party with ambitions for the 2027 elections; however, in June 2025 he publicly announced that he was quitting active politics, citing relentless criticism, personal and mental strain, and a desire to focus on private life, business and freedom from public scrutiny, though he hasn’t formally dissolved his party and continues to be active in civic discourse — and recent developments show he has resumed some of his activism outside party politics, leaving some ambiguity about whether his political career is truly over or simply evolving.
