After listening to the @downtimepodcast discussing their experience of using the @trutuneuk insert, it sounded like I needed to get one to try myself.
Really easy to fit, and it has done what I wanted to achieve, after injury I'm very sensitive to small bump compliance and trail chatter. I think I need a little bit more pressure as the sag mas a little bit more than before even adding the 5% so that's the next job and possibly up the compression as I did get full travel but on compressions that I wouldn't expect it.
