Equipping mobs with items: Dispenser Vs Dropper

Описание: Dispenser treats the item as if the mob spawned with it in its hands, and the items can be force applied to piglin brutes (but not override the axe)

Dropper treats the item like a casual dropped item, the mob manually picks it up with no durability change on death

Not all mobs spawn with the ability to pick up items, unlike pillagers that prefer white banners over their crossbows for some reason
