Adhoc Security Verification Tests SVT Using Secure DevOps Kit for Azure

Описание: This video will show you how to run Adhoc Security Verification Tests to make sure the infrastructure and different Azure resources are secure and not only your application.

Secure DevOps Kit is a collection of scripts, instruments, extension, automations, etc. that provides and asset security needs for DevOps utilizing broad computerization and easily coordination security into DevOps workflows.

It’s very important to understand the drift status for your infrastructure and environment from the baseline and this can be done using Security verification test.
It can perform automated security checks against Azure resources of those types. These checks are based on security best practices and standards
Security Verifications Tests (or SVTs) represent the core of security testing functionality of Secure DevOps Kit
There are many ways to run Security Verifications Tests, this video focus on one way which is the Adhoc security test which we run from the command line

An SVT for a particular Azure resource type basically examines a resource of that type within a specified Azure resource group and runs a set of security control checks relevant to that resource type. The outcome of the analysis is printed on the console during SVT execution and a CSV and a LOG file are also generated for subsequent use.
