Описание: Update : omg my social anxiety got so much better! I went to volleyball and was hardly anxious and talked to my partner and some of the other ppl there! Also, this one girl talked to me a lot. I’m still gonna keep this up though, along with the old description and probably make more vents because whenever I do the problem gets better! 💕


old description :

basically, last week I went to a volleyball game with an anxiety attack : nauseas, frozen, and couldn’t muster out any words. I had to go to the bathroom and fight back tears and even try running in place to try and calm myself down, I felt so out of it, like it wasn’t incluso really happening my only thoughts were of fear. The last game was great and I felt like maybe I was maybe making some new friends since we bonded, this game I felt ignored a stupid the whole game I was focusing on what others think of me and ended up doing bad in the first half of the game, I told my mom about it and she told my coach I was sick and we went home…
