Disclaimer: It's NOT healthy to eat cheeseburgers, pizza, etc. Your cholesterol and blood pressure might NOT go down. I used this as an extreme example to say losing weight is possible with eating low calories. The good news is, if you ate HEALTHY foods like veggies and chicken breast, then you would be allowed to eat MORE food in a day since those are lower in calories. Beware of being skinny with a tummy gut. This can occur when your weight is low, but your fat % is higher. Exercising and healthy eating combats this. Good luck!
