❓ Himat Card Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Himat Card, you must:

Be a resident of Punjab.

Have a valid CNIC.

Be certified as a Person with Disability (PWD) by the Social Welfare Department.

Be assessed as 'Not Fit to Work'.

Have a PMT (Proxy Means Test) score below 45.

Not be receiving any other government assistance (like BISP, Zakat, etc.).
