The Cozy Bump inflatable pregnancy pillow is a great pillow option for women who want to sleep or rest primarily on their stomachs during pregnancy.

The pillow is made up of durable plastic that can be inflated using an external pump (all sold separately - I would suggest you get an electric one to save time!).

This certainly doesn't look like your everyday maternity pillow (more of an inflatable pool raft) but it is designed to alleviate back pressure by allowing you to place your growing bump in an little circular hole (with a sheet over it for extra support) and allowing you to rest your head on either the Cozy Bump or an additional pillow.

I personally found the pillow really nice to relax or nap in but wasn't able to sleep on it overnight and stay comfortable. I would suggest consulting with your doctor or OBGYN before trying it overnight as well just to be safe. There is an adjustable second inflatable ring around the hole in the pillow so you can make sure it supports your bump appropriately.

At 5'7" my head and toes were touching the ends of the pillow, so taller moms may want to be aware that it could feel a little short. The pillow is easy to inflate and deflate with an electronic pump but you'll need to have one or buy it separately.

It does take up a good amount of space but for the ability to rest on your stomach, it may be worth it for some moms.
