PGS EMBRYO TESTING RESULTS | NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED! **EMOTIONAL IVF**

Описание: On May 21st we became parents of two frozen embryos. As you already saw our initial results started with 11 EGGS at egg retrieval on May 5th and as the days progressed we were blessed with 5 Embryos that matured and made it all the way through to blastocyst stage. In the IVF WORLD this means 5 "babies" have been created and frozen. The excitement that was felt when we received the first email was out of this world. We were all overly happy and just grateful to know we had 5 frozen embryos. All that changed on May 21st when the doctor called us with our Preimplantation Genetic Screening Results. Probably one of the hardest videos we filmed. Since day one that we started our treatment we were praying to God to bless us with the amount of babies we would be able to bring to life. But as I sat there listening to Dr.P tell us that the testing didn't go as expected completely broke my heart. Till this day it still hurts looking back knowing that 3 of our embryos came back abnormal. It was painful! It felt like I had lost 3 of our babies (because technically we did) . 3 little pieces of us that we will never get to know. Although we understand that this is the way God had it all planned out for us it still hurt so bad. We didn't end up closing out the video properly because the pain was too heavy. I think it's a small pain that will probably never go away. I cried for days but accepted God's doings and together we decided to continue with the our 2 STRONG, HEALTHY, BEAUTIFUL embryos that we were blessed with. After a lot of research and being able to talk about this now both my husband and I agree that we made the correct choice in moving forward with (Preimplantation Genetic Screening) majority of the time abnormal embryos don't implant nor lead into a successful pregnancy. With that being said now I strongly believe God was saving us from a much deeper pain, that could have occurred along the way. No matter how hard listening too the results was and having to let go of the abnormal embyros is, if your are in the process of IVF and considering (PGS) we definitelty recommend it. It's better to deal with the pain before hand than to going through a non-implantion pain later in the journey. God bless our 3 little embryos that didn't chose to come to life. They will always carry a special place in our hearts. God is so amazing... ✨👶🏻👶🏻🙏🏼☺️
