Just got a Serpent Viper 989E, that is an electric 1/8 track or pan car.
I am a beginner in this class so I just talk (al lot) about what I know and
think about the car, setup and more.

I will soon test the car both for max speed with this setup, and some 5-10 minutes of racing on a local go-kart asphalt track.
Must see if this setup is ok, and the electronics keep cool.

The setup is as follow:
Car kit: Serpent Viper 989E - 1/8 track
ESC: HobbyWing Max8 G1
Motor: HobbyWing 4274 2200KV
Battery: 2x 2S 8000mah Sunpadow 65C (This class use 4S = 2x 2S)
Rear internal gearing = 2.4 (48/20)
Spur: 40T (stock)
Pinion: 25T
Rear Final Drive Ratio (FDR) = 3.84
Over drive 99.69% (but I am not 100% sure about tire diameter)
Weight: 2925 grams with 2x 2S 8000mah batteries

Rear track width = 264mm
Front track width = 252mm
Rear tires diameter = 78mm (new)
Front tires diameter = 70mm (new)
Front down stop = 2mm
Rear down stop = 9mm
Front ride height = 10mm
Rear ride height = 12mm
Front camber = 1.0-1.5 degrees
Rear camber = 2.5-3.0 degrees
Front toe = 1.5 degrres out
Rear toe = 2.0 degrees in

Max speed = ??? , not tested yet. But I guess in the range 100-130 km/t (62-80 mph)
