According to Clea Strange, all magic requires Chaos. All life contains Chaos and it is the very first building block of creation of all existence. But as Chaos can birth life, it can also destroy it. Because of that, Chaos Magic needs direction and organization. Spider-Man also compared chaos magic to an entropy: constantly moving toward a state of disorganization
Other Connection: Until Chthon finds a way to truly free himself from his other-dimensional realm, he can operate on Earth through his elemental host, known as the Other, which is summoned when someone uses the Darkhold. The Other can manifest itself in any appearance it wants, but its actions on the Earthly sphere are generally limited by the demands of the user of the Darkhold.

Chaos Manipulation: Maximoff has the ability to control chaos and manipulate chaotic forces (and concepts), like she did against In-Betweener, restoring him to a whole being, after he tapped her powers. He's the concept of concepts.

Reality Warping: One of the most well-known powers that Wanda Maximoff has is her ability to shape, warp, defy and bend reality itself. She has been stated as one of the world's greatest and most dangerous reality warpers. Her reality warping powers allow Wanda to create other dimensions, as she was able to create the Eldritch Orchard, the Waiting Room, trapped Doctor Hydro in a bubble reality woven from New Jersey DMV, and later it was revealed that Wanda traps the demons she fights in pocket dimensions that she keeps in jars. Wanda also beated Dreamqueen in a reality-warping fight, and later trapped the villain in her own dimension (note that Dreamqueen is essentially omnipotent in her dimension), and with the help of her sister, she made the Sword in the Star, a myth, in reality.
