Part 2 covers installing the push rods, rocker arms and the valve covers.
It is important to get the lifter/push rod on the base circle of the cam before tightening down the rocker arm so that you don't over-stress the rocker bolt threads in the head.
On ported heads, likely the intake rocker arm bolt hole becomes a through hole into the intake runner. In which case, be sure to use some thread sealer on that rock arm bolt so that oil doesn't seep past. (not shown in video)
