Making Peanut Butter Cookies for My Boys!

Описание: Today, I had both grandsons here, so we made peanut butter cookies. well, I made them and they ate the dough.

Peanut Butter Cookies

1/2 cup salted butter (room temp)
1/2 cup crisco
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 & 3/4 c ap flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups creamy peanut butter
sugar for sprinkling after baked

Preheat oven to 375° and scoop dough, flatten slightly, use a fork to create the criss cross pattern. and bake for 11 minutes.
