Restaurant Food at Home !! The perfect Valentine's Day Dinner -
Mouth-watering "Poor Man's Lobster" and Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Recipes:
Cheddar Bay Biscuits
2 c flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp dried parsley
3/4 c melted butter
1 c milk
Once mixed up bake at 450 or 10-12 minutes.
Poor Man's Lobster (@CowboyKentRollins recipe!)
Boil 1/2 a pot of water - make sure it's big enough so water doesn't boil over. Add to that pot 1 c sugar and 1/2 a lemon. These ingredients help alter the flavor of the white fish you add. I used cod, but you can use halibut or walleye or some other white fish. We've never tried catfish or trout.
