Kurosuke merupakan sebuah proyek musik yang dibentuk Christianto Ario secara spontan. Ario juga pernah memiliki band sendiri dengan nama Anomalyst, di mana ia menjadi sang frontman. Kalau lo pernah mendengarkan album Anomalyst berjudul Segara yang cukup booming pada 2017, hal tersebut nggak terlepas dari campur tangan Ario. Kalau Anomalyst cenderung pop-rock, maka Kurosuke terdengar sangat pop. Karena dikerjakan sebagai proyek single, nggak mengherankan kalau lagu-lagu Kurosuke jadi lebih personal dan relatable dengan pendengar.
