The perfecdos PDos X1 is an innovative, contactless, pneumatically driven dispensing jet valve, which is the result of years of experience in automated micro-dispensing for several industries, including automotive, electronics, medical, energy/water, defense, watchmaking and industrial applications.
Typical dispensing applications: dot and line jetting, lacquer masking and coating, conformal coating, greasing and lubrication.
Typical dispensing materials: silicone, MS-polymer, polyurethane, methylmethacrylat, anaerobic glue, epoxy resin, cyanoacrylate, UV-Acrylat, solvent-based medium e.g. primers or laquers, silver conductive adhesive, grease and oil, metal filled pastes e.g. silver paste.
HIGH-END DISPENSING SOLUTION
The PDos X1 can be delivered either as standalone unit with numerical controller or as high-end turnkey solutions. The valve integrates seamlessly with our range of standard automated dispensing platforms including: MRC500, TR300 and OEM configurations.
