Ghee mysore pak is a traditional & popular indian sweet which is made during special occasions & festivals like diwali at every households! This is made from chickpea flour and homemade ghee ( clarified butter) and sugar or jaggery.we can make it using white sugar or Jaggery. here I'm showing how it is prepared using jaggery. Ingredients:
Chickpea flour/besan flour- 1 cup
melted ghee- 1 cup
jaggery- 1 cup
water- 1/2 cup
