The building features photovoltaic solar shades on the rooftop, which not only generate renewable energy but also help maintain natural cooling inside the premises. It includes green roof gardens, eco-friendly Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) for water recycling, rainwater harvesting systems, and wastewater treatment facilities that support landscape irrigation.

Special emphasis has been placed on biodiversity conservation. The landscaping around the building prioritizes native plant species, while the biophilic design concept introduces greenery within indoor spaces to improve air quality and create a healthier work environment.

The building's modern glass façade is designed not only for aesthetics but also to maximize natural light while reducing heat absorption. A dedicated collection pond has also been planned to enhance water storage capacity and benefit the surrounding ecosystem.

As previously announced by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Future City is envisioned as the state's premier destination for industrial investments and strategic partnerships.
