My favorite way to do my hip CARs and by far my go-to hip mobility drill.
There are several ways to progress this drill, but the most important progression to master is learning to control the intensity, or internal resistance. The intensity level, along with the succeeding activity, will help determine how many reps to do.
In the video I am going at about 75% of my max internal resistance (think of doing this drill while sitting in a vat of molasses) and will usually do 2 full reps per side at this intensity level.
