This is the start of the Assassin's Creed Rogue game. It has nice mechanics and not to big hardware requirements so I recommend it.
I play with all graphic settings on max and I get 60 fps.
I use an Asus R9 270 OC 2Gb 256bits and an I5 4460.
You can see in my on screen statistics the game on max settings is using about 1Gb of video memory so you can play it on lower graphic card.
As the cpu goes same with game recording in same time and it goes to about 50% usage. I bet my old i3 4160 would be just as good for this game.
