I discovered this neat little trick couple days ago. First I came up with this because old mega sidehop method was hard to buffer and it wasn't 100% guaranteed to work in race and could waste you one bombchu. Then you might be screwed up.
To do it just aim yourself in video. When you come out from first person mode, make sure you hold Z-targeting before that. To prevent your angle changing. Then do two silent rolls and backflip and shield drop chu. Important thing is that you let your Z go in midair and hold only R button. Only this way you clip trough wall. It's almost same than my zelda's lullaby cutscene skip method.
This is very easy trick to do and also it ease pain in MST runs!
