As the morning continues, the girls wake up and prepare a delicious homemade omelet for breakfast. After enjoying a simple and healthy mountain breakfast together, the daily activities of nomadic life continue.

Later, the sheep return from the mountains, and my brother begins shearing the sheep using traditional methods, an important summer task that has been passed down through generations. Meanwhile, our grandmother and sister milk the sheep by hand, collecting fresh milk that will be used for making traditional dairy products.
