This full body workout is built to keep you moving nonstop with exercises that raise your heart rate and work multiple muscle groups at once. The focus is on steady effort, simple movements, and continuous flow to create a strong, satisfying sweat.
No equipment is required, making it easy to follow at home while still feeling challenging and effective. A great choice when you want a full body session that feels productive from start to finish.
⏱️ Duration: 15 Minutes
🏋️♂️ Equipment: No equipment. Mat is optional
⏱️ Intervals: 30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest
