Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is one or even the most important ancillary test used to diagnose and follow up patients with macular diseases.
In this presentation, I will discuss the most common pathological changes in OCT scans, which address diabetic macular edema, and complications of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
In the next presentation, I will discuss the clinical applications of OCT for retinal vascular diseases.
