Follow along to this 10 Minute Full Body Workout!! All you need are some weights and a mat. One round = ten minutes, two rounds = twenty minutes, and (if you’re feeling brave) three rounds = thirty minutes.
Full Routine:
Push-Up to Jump-In - 10 Reps
Glute Bridges - 10 Reps
Leg Lifts - 10 Reps
Chest Press - 10 Reps
Row + SL Kickback - 10 Reps
Curl to Press - 10 Reps
3D Squats - 10 Reps
Wide/Narrow Jumps - 10 Reps
