Gameplay blends platforming, exploration, and combat in free-roaming 3D levels. Akuji wields retractable claws for satisfying combo attacks and unlocks powerful voodoo spells as he progresses. Levels are creatively themed—swamps, fiery pits, snake-filled chambers—with clever puzzles, precise jumps, and varied enemies that demand strategic fighting. It's reminiscent of early Tomb Raider but with a heavier emphasis on close-quarters brawling and a faster pace.
