Описание: There is, hidden among the hills of Forlì-Cesena, a few km from the perched village of Montetiffi, a little artisan workshop, the only one left that make testo, the terracotta pan traditionally used to cook piadina.

Today we inaugurate HandMadeER, our new video-series dedicated to crafts and handmade products in Emilia-Romagna, and we start precisely from Montetiffi, from the work that Maurizio and his wife Rosella have chosen to safeguard a job that would otherwise have been abandoned and forgotten.
