Door Dash Driver Arrested for Her 4th DUI

Описание: On June 6, 2025, Little Silver Patrolman White stopped a vehicle for driving without required headlights. The vehicle was being driven by a 54-year-old woman who claimed to be in the process of delivering food for Door Dash. The woman's license indicated that an Ignition Interlock Device (IID) was required to be installed in her vehicle in order for her to be driving. She was insistent that she had completed the 7-month requirement to have an IID installed. She admitted that she had consumed alcohol around 12 noon. As a result, she was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the tests, she was placed under arrest for Driving While Under the Influence of Liquor. She admitted that she had 3 prior Drunk Driving arrests. While officers were searching her vehicle, her phone rang and it was the customer who was expecting his food. She was transported to the Little Silver Police Headquarters, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. The police report indicates that the result was 0.067% BAC. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
