I seriously cannot emphasise the time, effort, energy, and even money put into creating this video for the roundnet community.

This video is an end product of soo many hours of work in the making, from learning from others during my time as a player, to watching hours and hours of gameplay, putting the principles in order, discussing the principles with my dad to refine them, to practicing my clinic scripts in the shower, to searching for examples on the internet for this video, thinking about the video template for Jonah who edits the videos and so much more. It's been an addicting process.

I am so excited and proud to share this video and hopefully see the long lasting impact this video and several others I have planned have on the immediate and long term future of the sport, I really hope this video helps people better understand defence and therefore brings them more joy when playing.
