you'll need following ingredients to make this recipe
For bakery tea cake
4eggs
150g sugar (3/4cup)
2tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
100g oil (1/2 cup)
flour 120g (1 cup)
30g milk powder (1/4 cup)
1 tsp baking powder
for Kadak Chai/Strong tea Tea
2 cups water
2 heaping tsp chai patti
2 cardamom
4 tsp sugar
1 cup milk
Please Note
the beater i have used in recipe is manual and to beat with this is hard and takes a lot of time. i am using this for aesthetic and theme. so use electric beater to save time and energy:) but it's your choice:)
