A Japanese man, known by the Twitter username, Toco, spent about 2 million yen, or about $15,700 to buy and create a life-size dog costume to wear.
He also has a YouTube channel, known as "I want to be an animal" where he has posted many videos in his dog costume.
He reportedly bought the outfit from a company called, Zeppet.
