The practice is guided by deep, nurturing breathing: Inhale, draw in love; exhale, release pain. We move slowly through therapeutic poses designed to calm the nervous system:
Supported Reclined Butterfly (Supta Baddha Konasana): Resting the hands over the heart to foster self-compassion.
Low Lunge: Gently opening the hips to release stored tension.
Supine Twist: Cleansing the heart space and rinsing the spine.
End your practice held in light. Use this flow anytime you need gentle support and deep emotional restoration.
