The Lingchen Motion Control Card M60 works with the Googol BDHDE servo system for precise gantry control, performing Z-axis pressing and synchronized angle adjustment during labeling.
As a sixteen-axis card, the M60 manages central logic in the machine, delivering high-precision, high-speed positioning and interpolation control, which cuts down cycle time effectively.
Lingchen stepper motors dynamically adjust conveyor width to fit different board sizes, supporting both reciprocating and belt-driven motion with high cost-efficiency. They handle width scaling and offer motion compensation based on camera coordinates.
The Lingchen MINI IO module oversees all vacuum and cylinder signal control. This expandable remote IO, developed by Lingchen Tech, manages all machine I/O points, including cylinder and vacuum suction signals.
