Описание: Amanda Koontz is a Texan–Mexican techno producer and DJ shaped by Austin’s underground electronic scene. Her sound is rooted in heavy, percussive techno and hard dance, delivered through precise, surgical mixing and live sampling.

Her sets unfold as immersive, hypnotic journeys—rhythmic, physical, and restrained—designed for late-night floors and extended listening. Drawing from ritual, repetition, and tension, Koontz builds pressure gradually, allowing groove and texture to lead.

She is the curator of Obscuridad, a hard dance radio and event concept that has aired internationally via Mutant Radio, Hong Kong Radio, and Shared Frequencies, and now exists as a live residency with Houston’s Ice House Radio.

Amanda Koontz has performed across Austin’s club and DIY spaces, including Club Eternal, Cheer Up Charlies, Coconut Club, Dadalab and Art Island. She is currently finalizing original productions for release in 2026.
