Learning skills in calisthenics is such a rewarding way to challenge your body. And it’s a special kind of excitement, when you unlock something new. But if you’re starting with something too difficult, too early, it can slow down or even hurt your progress. In this video, I’m showing the 10 skills that will efficiently take you from beginner-level to qualified calisthenics athlete. The easiest ones come first, and you simply follow them step-by-step, all the way through. By the end, you’ll have to take on three of the most iconic bodyweight movements. And afterwards you can choose to specialize, but muscle up expert or high level statics, these are the movements everyone should learn first.
