Atari wanted to make their own version of Killer Instinct, but it turned out to be so terrible it wasn't even finished. Does this really count as a 1CC if the final boss wasn't programmed into the game yet? Shrug. Also this game has a LOT of flashing lights, so if you're photosensitive you might want to skip this video.
