• 200克 粘米粉 (200g Rice Flour)
• 20克 澄面粉 (20g Wheat Starch)
• 20克 玉米淀粉 (20g Corn Starch)
• 700毫升 清水 (700ml Water)
• 2汤匙 油 (2 tbsp Oil)
➡️ 菜脯馅料 Preserved Radish Topping:
• 适量 油 (Some Oil)
• 100克 甜菜脯 (100g Sweet Preserved Radish, chopped)
• 1汤匙 生抽 (1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce)
• 1汤匙 黑酱油 (1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce)
• 1/2汤匙 糖 (1/2 tbsp Sugar)
