I thrifted a men's blazer 42 size from the Goodwill and a 2XL hoodie and then I upcycled it into a thrifted fashion statement.
I used blue jean fabric from some thrifted jeans and scraps and some iron on transfers and the fur bottom of the hoodie from Hobby Lobby and transfer from Amazon.

McCalls 7706 M7706 was used for the booties cuff
and the legging were stocking I just cut off the feet and the top of the leggings.

The writing were Paint markers from Walmart.
I also made the bag and the strap was from Hobby Lobby.
