Elastic Silicone rope dipping rope dip silicone ink for shoes
silicone ink can prevent fraying or unraveling with sealing the rope ends.Rope dipping silicone ink
is in high durability and with the best anti abrasion.It touches soft and smooth.
Rope dipping silicone ink 20s-1 round silicone is suitable for coating on polyester/cotton/nylon.
With adding different silicone pigment,makes the shoes rope more choices of colors.
The process of how to silicone rope dipping:
1,Steeping 1 time with 20s-1 round silicone ink,10% 20s-1kb catalyst and fast dry thinner 128 as the percentage of 1:1.2.
2,Cut the rope
3,Steeping 2 times with 20s-1 round silicone ink,10% 20s-1kb catalyst,fast dry thinner 128 as the percentage of 1:1.2 to 1:1.5,and 5-10% pigment.
4,Need to remove the extra silicone ink after each steeping.
5,If for glossy effect,steeping 1 time wth 399-2 glossy silicone ink ,10% 20s-kb catalyst and 50% fast dry thinner 128
6,If for matte effect, print 1 time with 136M-1,10% 20s-1kb catalyst and slow dry catalyst 128AH as the percentage of 1:2-3
Pls note for normal glossy effect,no need to steep 399-2, it will show normal glossy effect after 2 times of color steeping.
