Hero Brand Zero Net Carb Bread and Buns Reviewed with Glucose Testing

Описание: Over the last couple of months, the most requested bread review I've gotten from viewers is for Hero bread. Currently, Hero is partnering with Subway to offer their buns in a few test markets. Otherwise, their bread, buns, and tortillas are only available online.

In this video, I not only review the bread and buns and let you know if I feel they are worth their premium price, I also wind up doing a lot more in the way of glucose testing than I had planned on.
