Nouvelle journée à Maui: je vous embarque pour une session à Ho’okipa entre méditation, choix de matos et objectifs techniques simples: mieux fléchir la jambe arrière et bouger mes mains au surf. Le vent est léger, les séries rares, mais je m’offre 1h30 de navigation et de belles sensations; je termine un peu fatiguée, contente d’avoir tenu et d’avoir progressé.

New day in Maui: I’m taking you along for a session at Ho‘okipa, mixing meditation, gear choice, and simple technical goals: bending my back leg better and moving my hands while surfing. The wind is light and the sets are rare, but I treat myself to 1.5 hours on the water and some great sensations. I finish a bit tired, happy to have held on and to have made progress.
