The maestro's guitar on this tour is made by MCO. I wrote to Mario from MCO guitars since some of you are interested in Tonino's guitar and got the following awesome response:
"Thanks for writing!
and yeah the maestro is playing our guitars!
he has 3 guitars with slightly different electronics.
The one you saw maybe the one he plays the most
its a super thin and no sound hole similar to my Synthesizer model
but his is not MIDI capable, its got individual pickups plus Volume and Tone
controls and thats it! Simple but very responsive guitar system.
I play guitar for over 25 years and I love flamenco and
especially rumba gitan like them so I came out with some ideas
for the modern flamenco player like the maestro.
But these guitars are very versatile, have other customers
using them for Jazz, Bossa, etc.
